The following is a brief description of my experience working with Enrico Pozzo. The following is my list of essentials and how Enrico satisfied them all: Trustworthy: Above all else, Enrico has the strongest sense of integrity that I have seen in the industry. Client Focused: During every stage of the process, I always felt that Enrico had my best interests in mind. Enrico’s relationship-building approach was refreshing in an industry that is often filled with short-term focused salesmen. I feel like I have a close friend, who happens to buy and sell real-estate. Experienced: The effort of buying a home can be an emotional rollercoaster for many people, and I was no exception. Enrico has the experience to handle those difficult and sensitive situations, as well as alleviate the unnecessary headaches. Knowledgeable: Very few real estate agents have the experience and knowledge to handle house boats / barges transactions. We highly recommend working with Chris. He went above and beyond in every way, from getting to know us and what we wanted, to providing advice, like lender and inspection referrals that made the process easy for us. He showed us about 40 homes in a span of 2-weeks covering most of the Greater Seattle area. He accommodated our schedule and really listened carefully to find us our perfect home. He’s knowledgeable about the city and its different neighborhoods. Also, he always pointed out advantages and disadvantages of each property, which helped us make a more informed decision. When we found a place we loved he managed to get a rental contract rescinded, an earnest money extension, and a really good deal with cash back at close! He made us feel safe and taken care of and we would highly recommend him.
